What can I do?
Step 1
Read the Summary of the Earth Constitution. It will only take 10 minutes.
You can also read the Full text of the Earth Constitution.
Step 2
Register as a World Citizen
(We will only ask for your name, email, year of birth, country, and phone number)
Step 3
Read and sign the Manifesto in support of the Earth Constitution
Step 4: either or both actions
a) Become an Active Member of Parliament
b) Join your Electoral District

In the World Parliament, there are no obligations or dues. We only ask that you treat others as you would like to be treated.
Register as a Citizen of the World
You can register with PWP and indicate if you wish to receive newsletters. Upon registration, you will be notified that we will add you to our mailing list and you will become a Citizen of the World. In that email, you will receive your access code, which will allow you to view your personal profile from that moment on.
Important!: From the moment you register with PWP, all your access will be carried out following a two-factor security protocol, which requires you to first provide your access key (the one we send to you when you register), and then the verification code that we will send to your email on each occasion.
Sign the Manifesto
Read and show your support for the manifesto. By doing so, you will receive an email with the text and details of your endorsement.
Activate in an Electoral Dictrict
Go ahead and join your electoral district! This way, you will be able to take part in the World Parliament’s electoral processes. You can also run as a delegate in your district and actively participate in regional or general assemblies. (Read more about Districts)
Some ideas for activists
Whether or not you register on our website as a Citizen of the World, your collaboration with PWP can go further through actions such as the following:
- Recruit two others and together found a new World District Electoral in your immediate region. Contact us to find out how this is done, and learn more about the crucial role of Districts at this link.
- Launch your World District Electoral in a public event. We will provide promotional materials and a speaker via zoom. Hold quarterly meetings to educate and inspire your members.
- Promote name recognition and awareness of the Provisional World Parliament online in social media, Twitter, Facebook, and in your own podcast series or websites.
- Personally introduce the Earth Constitution to political, educational, religious, and community leaders in your District—and eventually work to gain support by national leaders in your country.
- Build camaraderie and grow a progressive movement in your District that promotes the rule of global law. Make sure your District members understand the Earth Constitution and are able to answer questions like these:
- What are the human rights assured in Articles 12 and 13?
- What is the unique role of the Ombudsmus as outlined in Article 11?
- How will world law be made? How will it be enforced?
- How can amendments be made under the Constitution?
- What are its provisions for environmental protection?
- Why is there no danger that the world government will become a tyranny?
- What functions will the Integrative Complex perform?
- What are the specific powers of the Earth Federation government listed in Article 4?
